Record a session with Pulse.
Press record and give the client all of you. Pulse listens to the session and writes the note, and the plan follows from it, waiting for you when they leave.

Steps
- From the client's brief, press Start recording, and allow the microphone if your browser asks.
- For the voice check, read the sentence on screen aloud once in your normal voice, so Pulse can tell your voice from the client's, then press Start the session, or Skip.
- While you work, tap the areas you are treating under Select the areas, and mark up to two as Main or the rest as Contributing.
- Use Pause and Resume if you need to step out; it stays one recording.
- Press Finish and write it up at the end, and Pulse transcribes, tells the voices apart and writes the note.
- If you need to move on while it writes, press Carry on, OS will finish this, and the note waits for you under Pulse.
Questions
What if the screen locks or a call comes in?Everything up to that moment is saved, and Pulse says what happened and when. Press Carry on recording if it offers it, or Write it up from the time shown.
Do I have to do the voice check? No. Skip, or Carry on without it if nothing was heard, still works, but Pulse then tells the voices apart from the words alone, which is less reliable.
I pressed Cancel. Is it gone? Not until you confirm. Pulse asks whether to discard the recording; press Keep recording to carry on, or Discard the recording to throw it away, which cannot be undone.
