Check the note before it is saved.
The note arrives as a page with your clinic's name at the top, and nothing goes to the client until you have read it. Change anything in place, then choose what happens next.
Steps
- Read the top of the page: anything marked Careful, what you found in order with Main first, and the client's goal in their own words where they said it.
- Click into Subjective, Objective, Action or Plan to change the wording; your change is kept when you click away.
- Check any underlined number, which means it was not heard in the recording, and correct it if it is wrong.
- Read What changed since the last session and For next time, and use Copy on any section you need elsewhere.
- Press Build the exercise plan, or Move the client's plan on if they already have one, or Save the note only.
- If you cannot finish now, press Save for later, and the note waits under Pulse in the rail.
Questions
It already says Saved. Has anything gone out?No. The note is stored the moment it appears, so nothing is lost if the tab closes, but nothing is sent and nothing goes to the client until you choose what happens next.
Why does the goal say Taken from the session?The client did not say a goal in their own words, so Pulse marks it as taken from the session rather than quoting them. Change it if it is not right.
What if the client already has a plan?Pulse offers to move it on first, and tells you which version they have and when it was sent. If you said in the session that you wanted a new plan, Build a new plan comes first instead.
