The Guide

Move a client's plan on.

Client recordEveryone

OS reads what the client actually did with their plan and suggests the next step for each movement. You decide, and nothing reaches them until you send it.

Steps

  1. Open the client from Clients and press Open their portal on the Their portal tile.
  2. Press Move the plan on, or Ease the plan back when the last check-in was worse; the line beside it says how many sessions were logged.
  3. Read the three facts at the top: sessions logged against what was expected, the latest check-in, and anything flagged in the last two weeks.
  4. Check each line, marked Dose up, Next rung, One step back, Replaced or Kept, and press Undo to keep one as it is or Move on anyway on a kept one.
  5. Press Save the new plan, which saves it as a new version and keeps the old one.
  6. Press Send to [name], or Not now to send it later.

Questions

Does the client see the change straight away? No. Until you send it they keep doing the version they have, and their link shows the new version once it is sent.
Can I do this during a session?Yes. In Pulse, once the notes are written for a client with a plan, press Move [name]'s plan on. Build a new plan instead is there if you would rather start again.
Why is there no Move the plan on button? It only shows when the client has been given a plan. A plan saved as a draft and never sent does not count.
