Add posture photos taken outside OS.
Photos taken on a phone or camera can go on the client's record and be measured exactly like photos taken in Pulse.
Steps
- Open the client's record and press Upload photos on the Postural analysis tile.
- Drop the photos in, press Choose photos, or press Send from your phone and scan the code.
- OS files each photo under the visit it was taken on, from the photo's own date, and recognises front, side and back.
- Tap any photo marked Which view? to set it, and tap a tag again to change it.
- Press Add [number] photos to [name]'s record, then Done.
- Press Open on the tile to see every visit and compare two of them.
Questions
How long does the phone code work?Thirty minutes. The photos appear on screen as they arrive.
What if one view was taken twice on the same day?OS treats the two as the start and the end of that session.
Can I show the client the change?Yes. On the compare screen, Show [name] puts the two pictures full screen, and Add to the next plan email puts them in their next plan email.
