Read your day.
Today shows who is in the room or next, the rest of your day, and what needs you, all on one screen. Everything on it comes from your diary and your clients' records.
Steps
- Open Today at the top of the rail: the date, the week and your greeting sit at the top, with This week, This month and Booked beside them for the clinic owner.
- Read the dark band: it says Now for the client in the room, or Next, with how many minutes until they arrive, their time, the session number and one line about them.
- Look down The rest of today for every other booking, each with Get ready, Seen or Did not attend.
- Use the arrows beside the day to look up to seven days back or ahead, and Today to come back.
- On the right, answer Check-ins to answer, nudge anyone under Stopped their plan, and clear Needs you; underneath, Handled today shows what OS finished without you.
Questions
When does the band move on to the next client?A session counts as now for 75 minutes from its start, unless you have recorded whether the client came. The band hands over to the next client 15 minutes before they start, so you have time to get ready.
Why can I not see the money figures?This week, This month and Booked show only for the clinic owner. If you work in someone else's clinic, Today shows your own day without them.
What does it mean when nothing is booked?On a day your clinic is closed, Today says A day off. On a working day it says Nothing booked, with your opening hours, and offers Open the diary and Add a booking.
