  1. Open Emails and tap "Start it" on the week's email, or "New email" for one of your own.
  2. Choose what the email is for, say it in one line, and tap "Write it".
  3. Pick a look and Light or Dark, then change it in your words or with "Shorter", "Warmer" or "More direct"; the subject, headline, words, button and picture can all be edited by hand.
  4. Add free times from your diary, an offer, a testimonial or a feature card under "Add" if it helps.
  5. Under "Who gets it", choose "Every client", "Not seen for a while", "Seen recently" or "By location", then "Now" or "Later".
