What came in.
Payments shows every pound OS took for you this month: deposits, refunds and what funders owe. Last month is ready to hand to your accountant in one click.
Steps
- Open Payments from the rail: the figures show what came in this month, what is held for coming visits, and what funders owe or what came in last month.
- Read Came in, where every payment is listed by day with the client, what it was for and the amount.
- Press the previous month's name beside Came in to see last month, and press it again to come back.
- Press Download for your accountant in the band, or Download beside Came in, to get the month as a spreadsheet.
- Press Receipt on a visit the client attended to open their receipt.
Questions
Why are funded sessions not in my total?A funded session is owed by the funder, not taken, so it is marked Funded and Seen and never counted until you invoice it.
What does Held for coming visits mean?Deposits clients have paid for appointments still to come, on bookings that have not been cancelled.
What is in the spreadsheet?One line for each payment, with the date, time, kind, client, what it was and the amount, funded sessions marked as owed, and the total taken at the bottom.
