Choose your offers.
One setting decides whether your clinic ever gives money off. Every email, post and advert OS writes for you follows it.
Steps
- Open Your clinic, and under What clients are told press Change beside Offers.
- Choose Never for no codes or money off anywhere, When I choose for nothing unless you add a code to an email yourself, or Yes for one standing offer.
- With Yes, set the Amount off in pounds or as a percent, and with a percent, the most it can take off under Never more than.
- Choose who it is For, Clients coming back or New clients, and how many days A code lasts.
- It saves as you go, so press Done to close it.
Questions
What happens if an email mentions a discount when my offers are set to Never?It is stopped before it sends, with a note saying which words read as an offer and that your offers are set to Never.
Are funder codes affected?No. A council or insurer paying is not an offer, so funder codes work whatever you choose here.
I chose Yes but set no amount. What happens?Until an amount is set, it behaves like When I choose, so nothing is offered or invented.
