Your clinic's details.
Your clinic holds the facts clients, confirmations and Amy rely on: your name, where you are, what you treat, your registration and your cancellation policy. Change them once here and everything that reads them follows.
Steps
- Open Your clinic from the rail, and read the band: it says everything clients and Amy depend on is in place, or names the one thing that is not with a button to fix it.
- Press Change beside The practice to edit the clinic name, your address or locations with Add a location, and your website.
- Press Change beside What you treat to describe the clinic and the conditions you treat, which is what Amy says when asked.
- Press Change beside Registration for the practitioner, job title, the body you are registered with and your number, or tick I am not registered with a professional body, and add a VAT number if you have one.
- Every field saves as you type, so press Done when you are finished.
Questions
Where do I change treatments and opening hours?Not here. Treatments opens the Treatments page and Hours opens Availability, and this page shows what they are set to.
Does Amy hear the change straight away?Yes. When you change something she reads, her script is sent again and her next call uses it.
Why can I not open Your clinic?It is for the clinic owner only. Anyone else who opens it is taken back to Today.
