Check a message arrived.
Record shows every email and text OS sent for you, every reply and every opt-out, and whether each one reached the person. You can check one client in seconds or export the lot.
Steps
- On the rail, open Record, which sits under Inbox.
- Read the band first: it says every message in the window was delivered, or how many did not arrive, with a See them button.
- Type in Search a name or address to find one person, and read the status at the end of their row.
- Change the window with 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or Year, and narrow it with Everything, Sent, Replies, Did not arrive or Opt-outs.
- Press Export to download exactly what is on screen as a spreadsheet.
Questions
What is the difference between Sent, Delivered and Opened (approximate)?Delivered means the email or text provider confirmed it arrived. Sent means no delivery report came back. Opened is marked approximate because privacy features in some mail apps open emails on the reader's behalf.
What does the line under each message mean?It shows the channel and why OS was allowed to send it: Appointment care, Marketing, with an unsubscribe, Personal message, or Their message for something the client sent.
A client unsubscribed by mistake. Can I put them back?On their opt-out row, press Re-subscribe, then Yes, lift it. Only do this when they have asked you to.
