Inbox keeps the texts, emails and Amy's calls from people who wrote to you in one place. You see who still needs an answer, and a reply is often drafted before you open the thread.

Steps
- Open Inbox from the rail: To answer lists what still needs you from the last 14 days, and the band at the top shows the most pressing message with an Open it button.
- Pick someone to open their thread, and if their message needs a reply, OS has already drafted one in the box for you to read and edit.
- Choose Email or Text above the box, then press Send email or Send text, or press Draft it again for a fresh draft.
- When they want to move, cancel or book, use the button above the reply box, such as Move it in the Diary, Cancel it or Book them in.
- If nothing needs saying, press Mark handled, and clear thank-you messages from Said thanks with Mark all read.
Questions
Where are the messages clients write in their portal?They are not in Inbox. They live under Clients, Portal messages, and the Their portal messages link beside a thread opens that person's portal messages.
Can I write to someone who has not messaged me?Yes. Press New, type a name and pick the client. Only clients with an email address or a phone number appear.
Someone wrote who is not on my client list. Can I reply?Their thread is tagged Not a client yet. Type their name and press Add as a client, and the reply box appears.
