Connect Google Calendar.
Link Google Calendar so your own plans close that time in OS, and your OS appointments show in Google in a calendar of their own.
Steps
- Open Your clinic and, under Connected, click Your calendar.
- Under Connect Google Calendar, press Connect beside the diary you want to link.
- Sign in to Google and accept the permissions; you come back to Your clinic when it is done.
- Leave on Stop OS offering time I'm already busy, so anything in your Google calendar closes that time in OS.
- Leave on the switch that puts your OS appointments in the Seventy3 OS calendar, so your bookings show in Google.
- Press Sync now whenever you want it checked straight away, or Disconnect to stop.
Questions
Can OS see what is in my personal calendar?No. OS only learns when you are busy, never what the entries say, and it can only change the Seventy3 OS calendar it creates.
I use Apple Calendar or Outlook. What do I do?Use See your diary in your own calendar on the same screen: press Create link, then Subscribe or Copy link. It is read only, so your appointments show there but nothing you do there changes your diary.
How soon does a new personal appointment close the time in OS?OS checks your Google calendar every 15 minutes, and Your calendar shows beside each diary when it was last checked. Press Sync now to check straight away.
