Set up your brand.
Mera sits down with you once and works out how your clinic looks and sounds. Every post, email, ad and page OS makes afterwards is made in it.
Steps
- Open Brand and tap "Make yours with Mera", or "Go through it again with Mera" if you have been here before.
- Type your website if you have one and tap "Start": Mera reads your website, your diary and your Instagram, and you mark each thing it found "Yes" or "Not quite" before tapping "That is us".
- Answer Mera's few questions, tap "See the directions", then choose one of the three and tap "Go with" it.
- Pick your master line with "Make this the one", tap "Keep them", then react to the look and the proof (a post, an email and an ad) until they feel like you.
- Tap "Turn it into rules", keep or drop each rule, and tap "Lock the book".
- Back on Your brand, change the mark, colour, type, voice or images any time with "Change"; "Try another colour" shows it on a post, an email and your website, and nothing is saved until you tap "Keep this".
Questions
Do I have to finish it in one go?No. Tap "Stop here, carry on later" and Mera picks up where you left it. One sitting takes about twenty minutes.
Does Mera read my clinical notes?Only if you switch on "Let Mera read patterns across my notes, never a client's details". It looks for patterns, never a client's details.
Why does nothing happen in Content until I lock it?Locking the book is you saying this is your brand. Only then does OS start making posts in it for you.
