Run a session with Pulse on your phone.
Pulse on your phone is the same Pulse as on the computer: the brief before they walk in, the session recorded in the room, the note and the plan written from it, and the plan sent before they leave.
Steps
- On Today, tap Get ready beside the next client to open their brief: what changed since last time and what to check.
- Tap Start recording and put the phone on the desk; talk as you normally would.
- Tap Finish and write it up when the session ends.
- Read the note, then build the plan, change what you want and send it by text and email.
- Done shows what went: the plan, the next session, the note saved. Get ready for the next client from there.
Questions
Can I start on the phone and finish on the computer?Yes. It is one record: a note saved on the phone is on the computer straight away, and the reverse.
Does it work in a video call?Yes, the same as on the computer.
