Find a client.
The Clients search finds people by name. What was found in their sessions sits on each row and on their record, so you can see it at a glance.
Steps
- Open Clients and type a name into Find a client.
- Under each name, the row shows the summary from their newest note.
- Use the groups to narrow the list: Everyone, Active, Going quiet, Reactivation and Lapsed.
- Open a client to see what they come in for under their name, and the sentence Written from the notes.
- Under The record, choose Notes and press Read the note on any visit for the full findings.
Questions
Can I search for everyone with a particular finding?Not at the moment. The search matches names only, so typing a finding will not bring anyone back.
Where does the row's summary come from?From the newest note on their record. A client with no notes shows only their name.
