Bring your notes across from your old system.
Your history can come with you: clients, past appointments, clinical notes, treatments and prescriptions, brought across from your old system's export and marked as imported on each record.
Steps
- Export everything your old system offers, ideally the full patient export as an Excel workbook.
- Ask Seventy3 to bring it across; there is no upload for notes inside OS, so the import is run for you.
- Seventy3 checks the file first, so every row is either loaded or accounted for, and nothing is guessed.
- Once it is in, open Clients and choose a client to see their past visits on the record, each marked Imported.
- Press Imported at the top of the record to see only what came across, or Everything to see it beside your new notes.
Questions
Can I edit an imported note? No. Imported notes are kept exactly as they came across, so the record shows what your old system held. Your new notes from Pulse sit beside them.
What if a note could belong to two clients? It is held back rather than guessed, and matched to the right person by hand before it lands on a record.
Can an import be undone?Yes. Each import is kept as its own batch, so Seventy3 can take one back out without touching anything you have written since.
